80we have a 1 man remote site that we are having a hard time with. this one user needs the ability to access GP to take orders from walkup customers and to print receipts for that order when the work is complete. the work is typically done in 5 minutes or less while the customer waits. this user is using RDP to remote to a virtual machine I have setup at out main location and then printing the receipt back to his remote location using printer redirection.
printing the receipt for the customer is taking longer than 5 minutes to print.
Is there anything we can do differently to speed up the printing of the customer receipt?
Is this the best way to handle a remote user?
how are others accomplishing this?
I am open to any and all suggestions.
