Purchase order delivery schedule, does not show correct order quantity in ordered field

we are facing issue in purchase order after creating deliver schedule, system does not show the correct quantity in ordered field, below are the screenshot, for 2 items delivery schedule is created, but on line quantity screen order quantity is showing wrong, how it can be resolved permanently, or what can be the mistake user is committing?
