Good morning!

Have you come across such situation, that AX calculates only negative debts in Interest calculation? I have a Customer with both Invoices and Credit Notes. AX only takes CN's. When marking checkbox Invoice (only), I have below message:

Hello Gosia,

Are you using AX or D365FO?

Can you share some details on how the interest calculation was started and whether you have some modifications - apart from the Polish localization - implemented?

Dear Ludwig,

AX2012, I am not aware of any modifications.

With such criteria no Interest note is created:

There are plenty of Invoices for this Customers.

With that only interests for credit notes:

I am so confused!

Hi,

What's the open balance of this customer? (3200001)?

If you look at the open customer transactions can you check the collections tab?

Is the parameter 'interest calculation' active for all open invoices?

I took better example, with more transactions 3200005. I have also checked report Detailed due day list, all is there. On all open and closed transactions checkbox Interest calculation is marked. Here example from one of the invoice:

Still, only Interest note for CNs:

How is that possible :/

Does this invoice have a disputed status?

Can you check that in the collections tab?

All Not disputed... I have even started over and added new Interest code, deleting old one. Still the same. I think it is time to ask Developer for help :<
