Stamp email address on Email once sent

Hi

We want to be able to record in CRM, when an email is sent, exactly the email that it was sent to. At present it only shows the Account or contact name, and if the email address relating to these are updated, we have trouble confirming with the customer exactly what email address the past emails went to.

Has anyone got any ideas?

    Hi Amber,

The emails in question, are they automated ones / user generated ones?

If automated emails, then have you considered storing the email address from the Account/Contact in the mail body?

Or you can have a plugin on Create of email to write the email address to the email body, before the email is sent out.
