ReportHi, Good day! Personal Document Template in CRM should be visible "only" to the user who created it, But in our part, Personal Document Template is visible to other user. Other user can download the template as well. This is some kind of bug raise in our team.
The security role assigned to user has this setup
And users can view and download it in this part.
Those are three different personal template created by other user. those templates are not shared, its just automatically seen by other user.
