Cannot Adjust a project item transaction from No-Charge to Chargeable (Line Property)

Hi,

I am getting a following error when adjusting an project item transaction from No-charge (Line property) to Chargeable. In addition, please find attached a screenshot for reference. Would anyone please advice how to fix this.

The posting type of account cannot be empty.

Account number for transaction type does not exist.

Have you verified if all project posting setup is correct? Do you have any customizations in this area?

Hi Ahsan,

If all seem to be OK, you can either ask a developer debugging the scenario to find the root cause, search for known issues in LCS issue search or create a ticket for Microsoft Support.
