Dear All,

I am having issues with while installing MR CU14 Server on a test environment. Please note the following.

1) We have a test terminal server with Dynamics GP 2013 R2 installed

2) The test GP of terminal server is connected with test SQL server

The problem after installing the MR and proceed with Configuration console and selected Add MR Application Service, MR Process service and MR GP Data Mart and on settings window the Dynamics GP connection information I can see only 2 database which is ReportServer and ReportServerTempDB. I cant find Dynamics database. Can you please confirm whether I have to do anything on the SQL server in order to remove any previous version (CU10) of MR related database and tables. The Test SQL is copy of production server which is installed with MR legacy connection. The issue is the same either I select Datamart or Legacy. Even I tried to un-install and installed CU10 and same issue going on.

Dear All,

I was able to figure out this myself, I used the computer instance name as server name but the SQL server name is little bit different instance name which is the cause for the whole issue. Once I entered these and it worked like a charm.
