Hi,
We are about to upgrade a CRM 2016 on premise system to Dynamics 365 online. I have been tasked with moving the business units to the new online instance. Can I simply just recreate the business unit, teams etc in the online instance or do I need to actually migrate them?
I understand that all the business units etc carry guids and own other records in CRM so do those GUIDS need to be the same in the new environment as they were in the old?
If so how do I ensure that?
