extension publish fail in production - missing table permission

Hi Guys

I have created a new table and successfully published the extension though VS code to a sandbox however then publishing to production I get the below error

Package validation failed due to the following error(s): (1,13): error PTE0004: Table '60101' is missing a matching permission set. - Job Id xxx

This is in BC cloud version 17xx

Any idea?
