Export Static list to Dynamics Marketing Lists

Hi All,

We are currently designing a solution for a customer where we want to include Customer Insights to create one source of truth by combining multiple data sources.

What we would like to do is:

Create or segments in Customer Insights, send them to Dynamics and let their sales people determine whether or not they still want to exclude people from that list.
From our understanding, Customer Insights will send the list to Dynamics but keeps on syncing this and thus overwrites the member list each time (and thus everybody that is removed from this list is re-added).

As you can create static segments in Customer Insights as well, is it possible to send them one time to Dynamics without them being updated every x hours?

Hi Wannes,

If I understand your question correctly, you would like to exclude certain segments from being automatically exported, and therefore overwriting.

Currently, you would need to do delete your export destination after you have exported it once. That would then avoid that it is automatically syncing. This is not an optimal way since you will have to re-create the connection if you need to do that again.

We are working on more user friendly options to exclude exports from the automatic schedule, which will make your use case easier.
