Odd Post 2013 Installation (new) problems

Completed a new installation of Dynamics CRM 2013.  Setup was successful.  However, when we log into the system there's a few odd results (haven't come across before)

a) Sales Activity Social Dashboard - has a 404 error on the Activity Feed panel/iframe.   Remaining page is present.

b) Clicking the new user form - will display the form (fields and buttons) but all entry fields are locked (i.e. it's like the form is frozen during load event)

We can replicate the same issues on different user PCs using IE and Firefox.    Unfortunately we can't try logging in as different users (since we can't add more users)

thoughts? suggestions?

    Hi Micheal,

We had the same exact issue as:

Clicking the new user form - will display the form (fields and buttons) but all entry fields are locked (i.e. it's like the form is frozen during load event)

We solved it by repairing the CRM Server installation from the Control Panel.

    Check if it helps!

(Sadly) we tried doing a "repair" (before posting) no luck.

    Hello Michael,

What if we create a new organization in the same CRM deployment and verify if the same behavior is seen on that organization too if not then its related to that org issue and not server side.

Also what is the update rollup installed on CRM server ?

    Thanks,

    Churchill

    Hey Churchill,

Already tried that as well ... any and all organizations have the same behavior.

Also tried importing a new solution file (containing all the entities and details of the OOB deployment) didn't make a difference.

Issue is occurring with no rollups, rollup 1, and rollup 2 ... didn't install SP1 (it's not an option for us at this time).

Solved the problem. Looks like the pre-requisites  did not match the installation requirements. We went back and re-installed them and CRM is now working.
