Collections Module - GP 10 - Extra Data

We use the collections module in GP 10.  We would like to start putting a "promise" date of when the customer says they are going to payby.  I don't really want to have it in the notes but as a seperate field to make it easy to report on via SQL Reporting Services.  We don't have the Extender module.  Is there any 3rd party Collections Addins or another way to store this date outside of the notes? Thanks in advance.

    If this is debtor based and not transaction based in Collections managment setup there is a user defined date you could name Promised date. There is also 2 drop down lists, 2 check boxes and 2 text fields to use. When you are in collections management main, you can access these inputs via the blue arrow next to the debtor ID. That way your staff could amend this date to the promised payment date and you could report off of it via SSRS.

    Unfortunately this is transaction based for the payment dates.  Thanks for the suggestion though.  I think I can use that for some other stuff I need to track.
