Our customers have 'Customer Engagement Enterprise' licences. They wish to use 'Insight capabilities' and have been told they need Sales Premium licences to do this. What is the easiest way to add it to Customer Engagement?

Does anybody know differences in features between Customer Engagement and Sales Premium?

I have the same question (0)

    Hi AndyDale,

As you mentioned, you have the ‘Customer Engagement Enterprise' license, which should include Sales enterprise or Customer Service enterprise license.

Customer Service Insights is included with the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Plan or the Customer Service Enterprise app.

The standard Sales Insights features are available as part of the Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise plan.

So you can try to use sales Insights and Customer Service Insights, you can refer following link to know about them.

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/ai/sales/overview

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/ai/customer-service-insights/overview

And for your second question “Does anybody know differences in features between Customer Engagement and Sales Premium?

These Sales Insights features are categorized as standard and premium, and the premium Sales Insights features require a Sales Insights or a Sales Premium license that consists of the standard features along with the following features.

So Customer Engagement just can use standard Sales Insights features, but Sales Premium can use premium Sales Insights features.

And the following link provide price for all app, you can click it to know more about it.
