Report Writer is not showing the changes

I have upgraded the Purcharse Order form with some text and I save it and when I get back I cant see the changes, if anything that I need to do, the same thing happen with the Purcharse Order Signature jpg file I cant see it.

Please advise

                               Thanks for your feedback. I am an I.T. Manager, but have been given the task of being the GP Admin as well. As you can see, it is not my specialty, but I am trying.

    1) Make sure user is set to use this modified report using Alternate Modified Forms/Reports. - I am using the modified report, but it seems to be a Word template. I have modified other reports in the past with no issues. This one seems to be a Word Template that was then set as the default. How can I tell which report is set as the default and how does one go about modifying these. For other reports I just select "Print to Screen" then Modify.

    2) Make sure you are making changes to both the report header and report footer. - This is actually a Word Template.

    3) After you modify the report and exit, make sure you click Yes to save changes. - Yes. I am saving the changes.

    4) Make sure the reports.dic you are modifying is the same one your using are using. Check your DNAMICS.SET file for path. - Yes it is.

    5) Make sure security is set in Windows to allow reading and writing.  - Yes it is.

    6) Try running GP as Administrator when making changes to insure it is not a security issue. - I am currently running it as an Administrator.

    Was anyone able to get a response to this? I am having the same issue. Funny thing is that even though this report has been modified, I had to pull it in from the Original Reports and copy it to Modified Reports. I'm not sure if it normally is, but my Purchase Order Report is a Word Document. I am running GP 2015. As a test I moved around existing information from H3 and saved the report. When I generate a Purchase order however, everything is the same as before my changing the fields. Any help would be much appreciated.

    Did you ever resolve this issue?

    I am having the same issue.

    I print the purchase order document to screen.  Click Modify to modify the purchase order form.  Shows at the top it is "POP Purchase Order Blank Form"

    I see my changes, but when I print the form my changes do not display.

    I do have the modified form selected under setup.

    Hi,

    Another thing to watch out for is whether you modified the page header and what is printing is the report header. If you look at the PO layout in Report Writer, you'll see the first section is the Page Header and the second section is the Report Header. If you modify the page header, you will only see it on documents that have a second page.
