We have 2007 SP3 Exchange and use the Outlook CRM add-in with CRM Online (2014). Multiple users are experiencing issues when using the "set regarding" and tracking emails. They get "you do not have permission to access these records - Please contact your CRM administrator" errors. They own the records that they're trying to set regarding to (we use user owned accounts/contacts), so this error doesn't make sense as a permissions error.
The truly odd thing is if they forward the email that they're trying to track to themselves, they can then set regarding to the same contact they initially tried and not get the error. This leads me to believe that it's an Exchange related issue vs. a true CRM permissions or security issue.
