ReportReport
Posted on by 15

Hello,

I encounter an error message when I want to print a purchase order in Business Central only for a vendor account. I can control and compare with my other supplier sheets the data recorded I do not see any differences.

"L'état Chart of Accounts ne contient pas de DataItem qui utilise la table (Table 38 Purchase Header) spécifiée dans la fonction SetTableView."

Has anyone already encountered this problem and what is the solution?

I have the same question (0)

    Appreciate your query.

It will help us more if you could translate the same error in English for better understanding.

I assume you have set a report ID against the purchase order report selection?

As the message states it cannot accept this. You would need to run a filter for the document no. instead. Of course you need to consider that postings to the GL do not use a PO reference number unless you no. series is defined that way. Posted Purchase Receipts (possibly depending on setup) and Posted Purchase Invoices are document references you can filter by for GL based reports. The one you have chosen is just for displaying the CoA only. You can influence the flowfields with the flowfilters - like Date Filter.

Go to report selections - purchase and set a correct purchase order report

This error is because of report you're calling doesn't have PurchaseHeader as a DataItem or wrong table in the filter.

You may check the correct report selected under Report Selection -Purchase

also if any custom report you have for PO , then you have to select custom built-in report

Please verify if this answers your query
