We are in trial for Marketing.
Have created a couple of email based journeys and have had success uploading contacts, etc.
We are struggling however with testing text capabilities. We are attempting to use the preloaded toll free # that comes with trial. We send text message and get message that it was sent successfully but recipient does not receive it.
Have tried a variety of recipients, but no luck on anyone actually receiving.
Query - do we need to setup an outside text message platform in order to test/use functionality?
The pricing for Marketing indicates that it includes 1000 SMS per month, but what exactly does that get you if you separately have to buy a texting platform?
