Move duplicate detection rules from dev environment to test environment

Hi - I have created a duplicate detection rule for account entity on my dev environment. And now i want to deploy it to test enviroment so that we can test it. But when I export solution it doesn't get imported into my test environment. Any idea please? Thanks

First, download XrmToolBox: https://www.xrmtoolbox.com/

Open tool library:

Search and install the tool:

If you don't find the tool, check not compatible in display option.

After installation, go to Tools:
