Hi,
I have a problem reconnecting to Dataverse (to further connect to Dynamics 365 Sales) through Dataverse Connection Setup after an upgrade from BC17 OnPrem to BC25 SaaS.
For some reason, there is no way to completely reset the connection, and all new attempts are using old data from BC17.
The call stack of the request is
AL call stack:
"CDS Integration Impl."(CodeUnit 7201).FindOrCreateIntegrationUser - Base Application by Microsoft
"CDS Integration Impl."(CodeUnit 7201).ConfigureIntegrationSolution - Base Application by Microsoft
"CDS Connection Setup Wizard"(Page 7201).ConfigureCDSSolution - Base Application by Microsoft
"CDS Connection Setup Wizard"(Page 7201)."ActionFinish - OnAction"(Trigger) line 11 - Base Application by Microsoft
and the error I get is
All the objects involved in connection to Dataverse are either marked as 'internal', 'OnPrem' or running DLL's and there is no possibility to see what is trying to do behind the scenes.
I have no possibility to delete the data in those tables ("CDS Connection Setup" or "CDS Coupled Business Unit") in order to 'clean' somehow the residual data that is not allowing BC to connect to Dataverse.
It might be a solution available to clean up all the CRM settings, but I wasn't able to find it.
I worked closely with our CRM partner and redo all the steps we've previously done when trying to connect to a sandbox. But now, for the production, none of the steps we've took before are not applicable anymore.
Thanks in advance!
Sorin
