Hi everyone!
I have a remote store connecting to HQ via VPN connection. HQ is residing on the LAN. Two firewall rules (VPN to LAN and LAN to VPN) are present and Any Service is allowed by these rules. What could be the possible cause of having this error: Attempts to contact HQ failed
From my remote store, ping to HQ are successful. Can you please help me with this.

The IP address under the HQ Client tab is correct and I am able to ping the server (with the HQ Client) from the POS machine, but still the problem persisted.
When I login to Store Operation Manager installed on the very same POS machine clicking the Check Store button was successful. If I can Check Store from the Manager why I cannot Check Store from the POS?

also, u can check in store operation administrator, in the tag hqclient, u need to get the hqclient server IP address
You need to check the configurations under Administrator.In HQ client tab address should be the server with the HQ client.Also check whether you can ping the station with the client from the station where you are performing this task.
