Invoice Amount Wrong in PO based Invoice

Hi,

I have an issue in PO based Invoices that are posted within D365 FO, The header amount shows incorrect value thus resulting imbalance between Vendor and Vendor GL. Pls find the below screenshots. Any inputs will be much appreciated.

Voucher Transactions posted correct

Vendor Transaction amount is wrong ,which is posted as per Invoice header value

Hi,

Do you have customizations or ISV solutions in this environment? Do you have this issue with all invoices? What process do you follow for entering and posting the invoices?

Yes, we have few customizations on this area, and the issue is only on few invoices and the pattern cannot be identified.

We are using web services to create invoices from an external system to a staging table and then using batch process, it is then created as PO and Invoicing is done. Only that is the customization here and rest all the posting routines as per the standard
