Hi,

I am having more 1000-duplicate accounts, which were created on different dates now, I want to detect those duplicate accounts which were recently created and delete those records only

What are the best ways that I can delete those recently created records?

Hi Kishor

Duplicate Detection works by firstly creating Duplicate Detection rules for records, and then running a duplicate detection job which will be executed based on the rules. If you want to run the duplicate detection job on only recently created records, you can add a filter when creating your duplicate detection job for records that were created or modified within your date range. This will run the duplicate detection for those records only, and allow you to merge them in the results screen, Merged records are not deleted, the a deactivated once you have merged any important values you want to keep and inherit historical activities,
