Hello,
Could anybody explain the difference between Global, Deep, Local and Basic for Create privilege?
I can imagine how it works for Read, Update, Delete etc where we can prevents from update/delete the records, that are already created, based on owner's business unit.
What's the difference when we create a record with Basic and, let's say, Deep privileges?
Thanks in advance.
OK. So it means that during creation, on a form, I can manipulate the owner:
Basic - I can't change the owner during creation - it will be only me,
Local - I can change the owner to other user from my BU,
Deep - I can change the owner from my BU or a child BU
Makes sense.
Thank you
An Example would be - You need to create a Task for the User directly by setting him as owner, instead of creating first and assign to you and then assign to Other user.
Thanks. Can you give me any example scenario?
The Create Privilege's access records categories comes in to play when you want to create records for others specifically.
Hi,
I would recommend to read below docs page to know more about role privileges.

I hope you find this useful.
