Data Export Service: Initial Sync Failed

Hello,

I created data export profile with few entities. Process status shows "Success" but when I reviewed the details I found failures for two entities in "Metadata Sync Status" and "Initial Sync Status".

When I clicked on Resync Failed Record, it says:

I downloaded logs and it says, "FailureReason: A task was canceled".

I also observed that, after couple of mins of updating of Data Export Profile, status "Created" appeared for "Metadata Sync Status" and "Not Started" for "Initial Data Sync". After few mins, status of Meta Sync Status changed to "Failure".

After that I checked DB, where I could see Table and Type for both of entities but no data. I removed Table and Type from the DB, removed both entities from the Data Export Profile and then re-added to the Data Export Profile; but it gave me the same error.

Can someone pls help me out?

Is this for F&O (F & SCM now)?

No, we don't have F&O.. I followed this doc, docs.microsoft.com/.../replicate-data-microsoft-azure-sql-database

Hmmm, wasn't awware of that plugin. However, sounds like the flip side of F&O dual-write. Regardless, if you followed the instructions as laid out in the article, and the troubleshooting they pointed to (docs.microsoft.com/.../replicate-data-microsoft-azure-sql-database, and you're still getting errors, I would definitely open a ticket with support.

Thanks for your response. Those error was resolved automatically when I checked, next day.
