Is customer voice still being updated?

We want to start sending out NPS Surveys with customer voice, but are hesitant as the features and integration with D365 Marketing are not up to standard. I can't see any updates or release notes since 2022.

For example, when i did a test sending out the survey from D365 marketing, the submissions are anonymous:
 
On the other hand, the integration does not seem to be seamless. E.g. if i want to send a follow up email, or ask my sales colleagues to individually contact their accounts with personal survey links, there was no seamless way to do this. Unless i'm doing something wrong?
