Options on related entity data

I was wanting options on how to best build the following. The business has an entity Evaluation - related to that entity are zero to many Line Units. When looking at the Evaluation they want to see the Line Units. The problem is that the only data on a Line Unit is Line Unit (a free form text field). Thus, they don't want to see a long single column of line units but instead want the data to wrap like a table (see sample). Any thoughts on how this could be accomplished?

That seems like a perfect place to build an HTML web resource, or a Custom Control.

I also agreed with Wayne , as your line unit is not fixed so it would be better to go for custom HTML .
