Hi All,

I know that ribbon buttons can be hidden using ribbon work bench / JavaScript. But is it possible to hide ribbon buttons using Business Rules?

There is no direct way to hide the Ribbon button with Business Rule. To hide the button you can use Ribbonwork Bench/ Xrmtoolbox Or Develop script.

You can hide and show ribbon buttons using business rules but for that purpose, you still need set column value using business rule and use that column in the definition... You need to configure that column using the ribbon work bench.

You can also hide ribbon buttons using security roles. For more information: goutamdascrm.wordpress.com/.../
