How to temporarily turn-off the time card submission.

It's a mandatory process to turn-off the time card capability in Business Portal Websites simultaneously, when we run specific reports. I need the easiest way to do the same. please help!

    Go to Setup> System Configuration > Workflow Notifications > Select the notification >Edit > Recipients > Select your new hyperfine or edit.

    Log in to the time tracking software as an administrator or a user with administrative privileges.

    Navigate to the settings or permissions section of the software. MyBalanceNow

    Look for options related to time card submissions, such as submission deadlines or the ability to submit time cards.

    Disable or adjust these settings to prevent time card submissions for the desired period.

    Communicate the changes to employees or users who will be affected by the temporary shutdown of time card submissions.
