Hello,

Does anyone know if there is a report in GP 2010 that lists all of the users and their security settings? (i.e. which modules they have access to, what their posting rights are in each area, etc)

Yes Vail is correct. In Victoria Yudin's website, there is SQL code available for finding GP users list with security settings. This code was helped me a lot for some requirements.

Hi Carla,

Visit Victoria Yudin's website, she has code for a great view that will produce exactly the report you need. I recommend linking it to an excel spreadsheet so that you can easily filter and search - a pivot table with this data is perfect!

Hi Carla,

I believe there is no report in GP that can list the security access like you wanted.

The closest report you can use is the User Security Report (Reports | Security | Security - User Security). This lists all the User Security Roles assigned to each user.
