Can you have different quick create forms tied to different fields on the same form?

I have a form that uses two types of contacts. Both names are shown on the main form. When I click the name of type A and click +New, I'd like a particular quick create form to pop open from the left. When the name of type B and click +New, I'd like a different quick create form to open. Is this possible? I'm reading different things from different dates, so a bit confused.

I am wondering of the event handler for the field can do this, but I don't know javascript all that well.

Hi shollis2814,

As you mentioned, "I have a form that uses two types of contacts."

Which means that there are two contact lookup field in the form? and you want to open two different quick create form when you click new button.

If so, it's impossible to achieve it.

Quick create forms will only show based on the order, you can't dynamically change it or open specific form.

If I misunderstood the question please elaborate the same further
