I have embeded a subscription center form on an external site however when I include this link in Real Time Marketing journeys the form is not pre-filling, displaying:
We’re unable to verify your contact information. Make sure cookies are not blocked or use the unsubscribe link in your email.
It eventually does pre-fill if I click show form anyway and submit a response and then revisit the link - I assume it is not picking up the contactid in the first email instance?
Is it possible to use this function in Real Time Marketing or have I missed a step? I would like to avoid the Preference page function recommended for Real Time Marketing as this is very limited at present.

According to this documentation it is already available but we weren't able to set it up. Can you confirm?

Hi,
The only way a contact can access a subscription center is by clicking a link sent to them in email. Email links are always personalized for the recipient, which means that Dynamics 365 Marketing always knows which contact has requested the subscription center and therefore populates it with that contact's current details and subscriptions.
