Run Job Queue from AL Code

Hi All

I'm trying to trigger synchronize all to a Dataverse table from BC Sales Quote but instead of a scheduled job queue I want to run on demand (when a sales quotation in BC is released) based on the action/event.  Is it possible to trigger Job Queue from AL code using event subscriber?

The aim is to Sync Sales Quotes from BC to Dynamics Sales (CRM)
