Can we integrate Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2/R3 with Workday??

Yes, you can integrate with AX by using AIF, .NET Business Connector and .NET Interop if the workday team provide option to extract the data.

We don't have workday team. As it seems that Workday is fully paid, I don't see a option where we can sign up. Any alternatives ?
Without getting data from Workday.com, how we can integrate with AX. So, you need to contact the workday company to get the information.
