i have some problem with note in entities

i make some entity and the note entity waiting in loading mode for all

and another problem that is dont do anything with click on + in grids on the forms !!!!!

    in system setting in which tab can i find the legacy form rendering ?

    Can you go to Settings > Administration > System Settings and see if Legacy Form Rendering engine is set to true or false?

    Try changing that option.

    Hi,

    Can you please check that you have Create/Write permissions for Note?

    Hi is this crm on premise? also what browser version are you using? When did this begin occurring?
