Is there any insight report to generate from any Microsoft portal on how many Power App per App licenses are consumed/ still available, by whom and for witch Apps?
I get the feeling we are missing some information.
Hi,
Thank you for your query.
Please look the Power App usage Reports:

Thanks, we have only (dynamics) model Apps and for those there is no support yet. Issue is that we do see an (unfriendly) list of users an App is shared with in make.powerapps.com; but this list is 'contemned' with users without a PAPA license.
These reports give no user information. Microsoft has been promising a per user report for Power Apps Per User licenses for at least a year. I have an open case regarding this and they say a user usage report is still not available as of 5/12/2021. The absence of this report is becoming a real problem in that Microsoft has a $3 per Power Apps per App per month discount currently and a lot of my clients are buying the Per App license in volume. However, all you can see in the Power Platform Admin Center is how many Per App licenses you have assigned to an environment. THAT'S IT! Useless.
