how can we link journalnumber to dialogbox in ax 2012

what exactly is your requirement ? is it a report or a rubbaseBatch ? or just dialog you built ?
I created the bank payment report , for that i am trying to fetch the data based on journalnumb , my question is if we select any journal number in form ,it should reflect in dialog box,.

In not sure if understand correctly , but it looks you want to add new parameter to the report so you can filter on it ...
there are two types of parameters you can use ... query filter(dynamic) , and Report parameter
