Hi all,

I have an financial transaction post on December, 25th, 2015. But system date is before that date (December, 21st, 2015).

I try to active cost in today (December, 21st, 2015).

However, system show this error.

Can I fix this error?

    Hi Cam-Phung,

    Can you provide some additional information on the financial transaction you are trying to post (invoice, packing slip...), what has been posted before and the standard costs that have been activated for the item you try to post?

    Reverse the transaction on the 25th with similar values and repost it at the correct date.

    Hello Fredrik,

    this transaction generate from production module and I ended that batch order. Do you know how can I reverse transaction in production module?

    You'll need to activate the cost in a future date, or change your system date.  

    Edit:

    The underlying cause is your production team likely reported as finished an order in the future vs. when they physically completed the order, they shouldn't do that.  When the order was ended, it read the date of the RAF, and was also in the future, which causes the problem. 

    Also, you can't do anything with an ended production / batch order, they are completely done.
