Hi

I have this problem with one item (i found one item so far with this issue yet) that when i go to Transfer Inventory Out option and select that item and press quick scan the RMS manager give a very long Sql statement erroor when you click ok next error screen pops up with the statement (Run-Time error 5, Invalid Procedure call or argument). when you click ok on this error the program crashes and you have to start RMS Manager again. I have compare the properties of this item with all other items there is no difference and this item is also no an inactive item. Does anyone have any idea why is it doing that.

Urgent response will be really appreciated.

Thanks

Syed

    Hello Syed,

    Thank you for your questions.

What happens when you Check / Reindex the database? Do you get any errors?

    1. Connect to your store database in Store Operations Administrator

    2. Click on Database | Check

    3. Click on Database | Reindex

Let us know if you have any other questions.

I'm having this same problem and could not find any solutions on the forum or online.

    - The items that are causing the SO Manager to crash do not have large quantities (positive OR negative).

    - Database Check and Database Reindex gave no errors.

    - We have 4 stores, and only 1 location is having this problem.

    - Version is 2.0.1006

Resolved:  It wasn't that the specific item quantity was large, but that one or more items existed in the database that had a large quantity (positive or negative). We haven't done inventory at this store yet, and a few items in the database were over -10000. I reset the item quantity, and issue was resolved. Hope this helps others, too.
