We have an user that all of a sudden started getting this pop up when trying to access dynamics.microsoft.com. We whitelisted the site in our AntiVirus software, applied changed, the user was able to access it. A few hours later another user reports the same thing. Any thoughts?

    It seems that your problem is related to this website and not Dynamics 365 Remote Assist product. In that case, please use Resources > Community support instead of asking in this forum.
     
    There used to be a community feedback forum, but unfortunately it wasn't created in this new version of Dynamics Community.
