CRM VAT calculation for quotes

Im using the word template in a quote to generate a quote document, everything works great except im confused about how to get it showing VAT.

What are the options available to get this working? i found a free solution from triomis but it needs an activation key and all attempts to get one have failed....

help?

I have this same problem from the Jobs quote report. No VAT is shown on it. Also the XML mapping doesn't contain a VAT line either to insert?
