Unable to find "File component name" in Electronic reporting destination

hi Experts,
 
I am trying to extract report via PDF even though its prepared to export results in an excel file. System is not populating "File component name" even after an able extract report via format mapping. Request you to let me know where am going wrong.

    Hi,
    The File component name indicates the name of the ER configuration:

    You have two options:

    1. Assign a name to your ER configuration report and publish it, allowing us to retrieve the value in File component name.
    2. In ER Destinations, select the File component name field, leave it empty, and click Select. This allows the ER configuration to run without a specified name.
