Excel Paste Feature giving error message

When creating a batch and doing the Excel Paste feature on more than one Journal Entry (say 3 times in one batch)  we get an error and have to clear the batch.  If we do just one Journal Entry and use the Copy /Paste feature it works fine.  This has now happened on 2 of our customers, both on GP2015.  I am unable to recreate in Fabrikam.  Any thoughts?

    The screen print did not save:  Error message:

    the stored procedure glpPostBatch returned the following results: DBMS: 0, Microsoft Dynamics GP: 20052.

    Are you able to recreate the issue yourself in their company db?

    Are you sure they are anchoring the cursor in the detail grid prior to pasting?

    Yes we can recreate in their db and in a test db.  Yes we are anchoring the cursor in the detail grid prior to pasting.  Thanks
