Hello
I'm using the Dynamics 365 Remote Assist with the Microsoft HoloLens 2.When sharing a PDF, the embedded PDF viewer opens. But this PDF viewer has limited functionalities.You can save the PDF and open the saved PDF with a different PDF application. But this process takes to much time when you are in a meeting.When PDF files are shared, is it possible to use different PDF viewers directly?

This issue is mainly related to HoloLens 2.
You could post your issue to Mixed Reality - Microsoft Tech Community for further help.
Unfortunately we don't support any other alternative way to view PDF from the app, other than, as you mentioned, saving locally with OneDrive and opening it from there.
Based on your feedback, we will consider alternative approaches. Maybe we can improve this experience in the future.
