Error in activating Analytical Accounting on GP2013 R2

Hi,

Am trying to activate AA on GP 2013 R2.I am getting an error below.

Previously it fired a message that I need to tick "use account settings" if create a journal entry per Batch is ticked on posting set up. I went on and changed to "create a journal entry per transaction" on all series.

I will highly appreciate your assistance.

hi Mohamoud,

When I click precheck there is a list of several receipts documents from POP module.

How can I clear them so that I can successfully activate AA?

Hello Romryan

In GP 2013 R2, there is a new feature related to Analytical Accounting "Pre-Activation Check", its main purpose is to check such duplication. It prints out a report illustrating such issues accordingly
