I want to know the tables involved if we want to query list of items received with delivery date
needed date and vendor name so that I can have basis on rating vendors about their performance
based on how they deliver purchased order..

Zildjian, happy to help. You can filter the report by PO date range - look under 'Ranges' in the Options window. Is that what you're looking for?
Thank you very much for the reply... Purchase Order Analysis Report gives me the information needed.
But I'm wondering which tables these info. resides. I would like to query to the database to have these information thesame as PO analysis report but I can filter out the date range i like.
There's a canned report - Purchase Order Analysis Report - under Purchasing>>Reports>>Analysis that you may want to look at. It gives the info I think you're looking for. I would modify the report to add a total line by vendor so you could get the average days over/under the Promised Date. You can run the report by item number also.
