Tracing customer check numbers

Is there a quick report or smartlist feature that will show which invoices were paid with a client check number? Right now my client does: Inquiry, sales, transactions by customer, history, scroll to the check number, amount remaining, and print screen.

    I would use the Cash Receipts SmartList, add the Check Number field to it and save it as a favorite.

    Run the SmartList, find the check number, double-click and hit the apply button.

    Chris,

    Below sql query can help you to trace Customer Check Numbers.

    select CSHRCTYP, * from RM30101

    where Rmdtypal=9

    CSHRCTYP =0  -- Check

    CSHRCTYP=1  --Cash

    CSHRCTYP=2 --Credit Card

    Rmdtypal =9 is Payment.

    I hope this will help you. Let me know how it goes.

    Thanks

    Sandip

    Hello Chris,

    The Collections Management module is a great way to track collections, cash flows, payments, and more. It provides a lot more information in quickly accessible windows than the standard receivables module.

    Regards,

    William
