I am trying to export all contact information. I went to the contacts tab and selected export to excel. I click export and nothing happens. Does anyone know how to export all contact information?

I would first try the first option "Static worksheet with records from this page" and see if it downloads. If it works for current page, its more likely that you have loads of contacts and the export process is taking long to export, by default it will export a max of 100k records..
If it does not even export the first page, you could first try on different browser, and see if that works for you.
If the above does not work for you, you can also try the XrmToolBox plugin, Export to Excel, which allows you to export records using a View or Fetch query

If 100k limit is the problem you can use this solution to actually increase limit to 1 million. This should help www.youtube.com/watch
I only have 1575 contacts that I am trying to export data for.
