ask / help - Sales ID not updated to ARdoc table when create Sales Order

Hi There,

I need help.

on ARdoc and artran table, there is field: slsperid. I need this field for my own development.

I'm notice that when user create sales order on Order Management, salesID not update/write to slsperid on Ardoc and artran table.

How to make Ardoc.slsperid and artran.slsperid updated, everytime sales order created?

I'm using Windows Server 2008 and SQL 2008 for server, and SL 2011 for application.

    Are your default salespeople filled out in Customer Maintenance in the Order Management tab?

    do I need to fill it?

    cause for sales ID is dynamic for our transaction. so sales person for each transaction will be vary.

    I suggest you go to the Online Help for that Default Salesperson button in Customer Maintenance and see if it describes your situation. I feel like it does, although I admit I'm not sure I understand what you are trying to get out of those fields relative to the documented purpose of them.

    Hi.

    I'm trying to get:

    every time user create sales order on sales order screen, salesID also recorded to ardoc (and artran) table.

    We don't set default sales people/person on customer maintenance, because when we create sales order, the salesID need to be filled in manually.

    how to solve, so that salesID which already written in sales order screen, also recorded to ARDOc and artran table?
