'Tracked to Dynamics 365 category' not visible for some users who are created in the past and visible for some users who are created newly

Please make sure that users have completely uninstalled Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Outlook.
the user using 'Dynamics 365 app for outlook' and he was able to see the app in outlook. and I have asked him to check whether the category visible in 'outlook.office.com' also (because I am able to see the tracked to dynamics 365 category here).but still the user not able to see it.

Category-based tracking is not supported with Dynamics 365 for Outlook. We recommend that you do not enable OrgDBOrgSetting TrackCategorizedItems on an organization set up to use Dynamics 365 for Outlook.
To use Tracked to Dynamics 365 category, users have to uninstall Dynamics 365 for Outlook first.
We would recommend you use Dynamics 365 App for Outlook instead of Dynamics 365 for Outlook.
Yes. now also they are able to see dynamics 365 pane in out look .only they are not seeing tracked to d365 category.
