Real Time Journeys blocked email

Hello, when it was announced that the Outbound marketing would be discontinued in June 2025, I tried the Real Time journeys, but the Journey I set up wasn't sent to my contacts segment.
As we can see below, all contacts were marked as blocked, but when I sent it in the Outbound marketing with the same exact segment, it went through (see 2nd screenshot below).
Is there something additionnal to do in the real time journeys?
 
 
in Outbound marketing, 52 of the 53 contacts received that email.

    Hello Cat_Car,
    What you're experiencing is a common difference between Outbound Marketing and Real-Time Marketing. In Real-Time Marketing, email messages are only sent to contacts who have given explicit consent for the relevant purpose (e.g., newsletters). In your case, the contacts were blocked because no consent has been recorded for them in the Consent Center. You have to make sure that Compliance Profile are correctly configured and existing consent has been imported in the consent center. Also make sure your purposes are correlty set when sending commercial and transactional Emails. There are different ways and strategies to do it, depending on your need and business it can be easy or more complex. In contrast, Outbound Marketing doesn't enforce consent in the same strict way. It looks at the Contact level.
     
    As Microsoft is phasing out Outbound Marketing by end of June 2025, I strongly recommend reviewing the official transition guidelines and planning the move to Real-Time Marketing soon.
